I'm Farzan Dadachanji — from Mumbai, by way of a business life in Melbourne and over three years of seva and practice at the Isha Yoga Center. I'm building ventures across spiritual practice, facility management, and health care, and I share a more conscious way of living with a 13,000-strong community. The throughline is simple: build real things, with the discipline of a daily practice.
I'm a Parsi from Mumbai, raised in a community known for enterprise and giving back — quiet values I try to carry into the things I build.
I built a business life in Melbourne across e-commerce, retail, supply chain and global shipping — then did something most people in that world wouldn't: I left it to spend over three years living and serving at the Isha Yoga Center.
Those years rewired how I work — to hold attention without flinching, to do the unglamorous thing daily, and to tell signal from noise. What pulled me there, and still drives me, is a belief that raising human consciousness matters more than anything else.
Today that shows up across three ventures — Sadhak, Navura and Ayura — in spiritual practice, facility management and health care. Through it all, I keep documenting a deliberate way of living for a community of thirteen thousand.

Built a business life in Melbourne, Australia across e-commerce, retail, supply chain management and global shipping — learning markets, operations, and logistics from the ground up.
Volunteered with the Isha Foundation in Melbourne — organising programs, managing the Melbourne centre, and coordinating Isha Life activities.
I left Australia and spent over three years at the Isha Yoga Center in Coimbatore — for my own spiritual growth under the guidance of a living master, Sadhguru, and in service of raising human consciousness, which I believe matters most. My seva spanned the Volunteer Coordination Department, guest care, and supporting with whatever was needed.
Years on the spiritual path gave me countless experiences — and a deep longing for others to taste that same depth. So I began sharing it on social media. Today it's grown into a 13,000-strong community walking the path together.
Building Sadhak, Navura and Ayura across spiritual practice, facility management and health care — alongside business development in the HVAC, Australian construction and restoration space.
Build real things with patience and conviction — and stay open to the right people. Navura's angel round is open, and Sadhak welcomes aligned investors.
An AI SaaS platform built for facility management companies — automating the slow, manual, high-stakes work that quietly eats their margins and exposes them to risk. A large, fragmented market still run on spreadsheets and phone calls, wide open for an intelligent, category-defining product.
A gentle companion for the practice you return to. Sadhak brings meditation, yoga and breathwork into one calm, path-agnostic home — built for feeling over metrics and belonging over performance. Whatever tradition you follow, it meets you where you already practise. Live now, with a devoted and growing early community.
An AI-powered platform built for patients and their doctors at the same time — making health information clearer for people, and clinical workflows smarter for practitioners, with trust and consent at its core. A serious attempt at one of healthcare's most expensive, universal problems. Australia-first.
Beyond the build, I share a more conscious way of living — meditation practices, travel, and the daily disciplines that hold it together. It's where a 13,000-strong community gathers.
We're raising an angel round for Navura and welcoming aligned investors into Sadhak. If you back conviction-led founders early, I'd genuinely love to meet.
